region

The Northeast peruvian coffees have a balanced and bright acidity, good balanced body. It presents notes of Chocolate, caramel, molasses and honey; also cherry and peach stone fruits; pineapple, herbal and floral; nuts.

Central

region

Coffees from central Peru have a defined, intense acidity; smooth, medium and creamy body. It presents notes of orange, tangerine and pineapple; cherry and peach stone fruits, dark chocolate, molasses and caramel; also dark and dried fruits almond, hazelnut and walnut.

South

region

Southern peruvian coffees have a medium acidity; Creamy, medium and juicy body. It presents notes of plums, apple and pears; black fruits such as grapes, blackberries and raisins; dark chocolate, cocoa, cereals, caramel and molasses; also almond and hazelnut, herbal and floral.
