About the origin
This blend is a mixture of the coffee farmers that make up the Huadquiña Agricultural Coffee Cooperative in Cusco. The typical coffee cultivar of the area includes Typica and Bourbon. They span an altitude of 1,500 to 2,200 M.A.S.L. The vision of the cooperative is focused so that farmers acquire productive technological skills, response capacities to the threat of low productivity and to improve their knowledge of organic, sustainable and fair-trade production standards.
