This coffee is harvested by farmers from the San Martín area, who formed the Agroecological Cooperative of Gold, from the Pangoa Valley, which currently has more than 254 coffee and cocoa growers from the Andean areas and ethnic groups and are established in altitudinal floors from 700 to 1800 M.A.S.L. The cooperative seeks to contribute to improving the quality of life of its members by providing them with specialized advice on the production, marketing and generation of added value in all its products, thus promoting a sustainable economy in solidarity with the environment and families.
